What kind of warranty do i get with my repair?

Our LCD repairs comes with a lifetime warranty on the parts and labor. All other repairs have a 90 day warranty. Warranty is voided if screen or part is cracked, has torn cables, moisture damage, or excessive wear and tear.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards and cash.

Should I back up my device before getting it repaired?

It is recommended that you do back up your device before a repair. We are not responsible for any data loss due to the repair process. In some cases your device may require a reset or restore to its factory settings to complete the repair process. This can erase all or partial data on your device.

Why am i asked to leave my password for my gadget?

A repair technician will need the password to test the device before and after each repair. This helps ensure that your device is fully tested and functional after the repair process. Leaving the password for your device is optional and not required. Your information is private and will never be viewed or used for any reason. ​

Can i bring in my own part for my repair?

You can bring in your own part for the repair. Any repair done using a part not provided by Gadget Repair Clinic will not come with a warranty.
